International Training Firm Exhibition

Venue and Date:
Gymnasium of the Apáczai Csere János Faculty, Széchenyi István University, Győr, Liszt Ferenc St. 42.
December 17, 2025, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Loading and unloading are allowed in the courtyard of the building, but vehicles must leave the institution’s parking area afterward.
We recommend parking at the Révai Parking House next to our school (9022 Győr, Bisinger Promenade 32) or the Árkád shopping center parking lot.

Event Program:

  • 8:00 AM - 9:45 AM: Booth Setup
  • 10:00 AM - 10:15 AM: Opening Ceremony
  • 10:15 AM - 1:30 PM: Trading and Training Firm Presentations
  • 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Booth Dismantling
  • 2:00 PM - 2:15 PM: Award Ceremony

Important Information:

  1. Booths are constructed using partition panels:
    • 1 back panel (decoration area: 150x120 cm)
    • 2 side panels (decoration area: 120x120 cm each)
    • Decorations can be attached to the panels with push pins.
  2. Each booth is equipped with 1 bench and 3 chairs.
    WiFi is available in the gymnasium.
    Electricity cannot be provided at the booths.
  3. During the exhibition, electronic invoices or order forms may be issued. Paper receipts are not used.
  4. Companies present their product range in colorful catalogs and may freely select additional marketing tools.
    The catalog may be prepared in both printed and digital formats.
  5. Teams prepare a presentation consisting of a maximum of 4 slides to present their activities.
    Structure of the PowerPoint presentation:
    • Slide 1: Company name, logo
    • Slide 2: Activities
    • Slide 3: Company details
    • Slide 4: Group photo

  9. The competition between training firms aims to win the following prizes:
    • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall
    • Category-specific 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places
  10. The work of participating companies will be evaluated by an independent jury of renowned experts based on the following criteria:
    • Overall booth appearance
    • Quality of professional work
    • Diversity of marketing tools used
  11. Category winners will receive valuable prizes as decided by the independent jury.
